Staff would like everyone who attends an event of Pantheon to have a safe, exciting, enjoyable time. To ensure this, there are a few guidelines that we ask all players to follow while on site or while engaging in any content provided by the game or staff:
1. Do not touch other players without permission for any reason.
Any player found violating this rule may be subject to immediate dismissal from the game. You may only touch another player with a safety-marshal approved weapon or spell packet. Apart from this, by asking 'Do you accept my physical roleplay?" You may be allowed, with permission from the other player, to touch them in only the specific way that defined if they should ask you to 'describe'. This is limited to only that action and must be asked again for any other actions going forward.
2. Do not harass other players in any form or fashion.
Harassment will be defined as any unwanted, aggressive or persistent action or words used to solicit a reaction, cause a disturbance, gain advantage through intimidation or otherwise cause another player to become uncomfortable on an out of play level. Engaging in harassment of any kind is means for immediate dismisall from the game, and any events going forward.
3. Racial, sexual, cultural or otherwise insensitive slurs or language will not be permitted at any time.
There is no place for prejudice or racism outside of the game world at Pantheon events. Any player engaging in use of this kind of language or treatment of other players on an out of play level may be subject to dismissal from the game. Any in-game slur is not intended to cause offense to any player, and written as part of the in-game world, and therefore should not be used outside of the in-game world.
4. Please do not speak negatively of other people or LARPs.
While staff believes this is a good practice to have at all times, while on site, negative comments about other people or other games is strictly forbidden, as we want to encourage a positive environment, and want anyone who would like to participate in an event in any capacity to feel comfortable doing so. Trash talk is not welcome here.
5. Rules and marshal calls are absolute in the moment, but may be discussed after the encounter.
If there is ever a question about rules, mechanics, monster/NPC behavior, or the need for a marshal to make a call, the decision by the staff member or marshal should not be argued with. If there are further concerns, you may politely approach the marshal or staff member to discuss it after the encounter. Monsters /NPCs should not argue about rules, and if there is a question, the monster should take the effect as resolved on them to avoid further distractions or confrontation.
6. Federal, state, local and national park laws should be observed at all times.
At no point is it encouraged or allowed to engage in any activity that is deemed illegal by any law enforcement authority or representative of any state or national park at any Pantheon event. Engaging in these activities will result in immediate removal from the event, and likely expulsion from any further events.
